Our journey at Nexills began in 2022, a pivotal moment when the world was emerging from the grips of a pandemic and starting to recover. During this time, the youth faced significant challenges in social interactions and personal development, while simultaneously, new opportunities and needs were surfacing. The demand for improvements in the recruitment and educational systems became increasingly evident, particularly as technology evolved at a rapid pace. Young individuals found themselves needing to work diligently to acquire the skills essential for securing the right jobs and thriving in their careers after graduation. It was clear that certain new competencies were vital for forging successful career paths.

Our vision took shape as we engaged with numerous students who expressed a strong desire for various resources and support at their universities. They sought to learn specific skills and techniques that would not only assist them during their studies but also provide lifelong benefits. Skills such as storytelling, foundational technical knowledge, and other essential competencies emerged as critical areas of interest.

To ensure a smooth start for our initiative, we decided to focus on the career aspect, preparing students for the labor market and assisting them in finding opportunities that align with their personalities and ambitions—without the often unrealistic requirement of up to five years of experience. We are dedicated to building a thriving community that is aware of the advancements in today’s technology and the evolving needs of the workforce.
